Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Panipat Refinery & Petrochemical Complex, has released the IOCL Panipat Refinery Apprentice Recruitment 2026 notification for engagement of 637 Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973. This recruitment drive covers Trade Apprentice and Technician Apprentice posts across multiple technical and non-technical disciplines such as Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Secretarial, and Data Entry Operations. The apprenticeship training will be conducted at IOCL Panipat Refinery, Haryana, and is open to candidates with qualifications ranging from Class X to Graduation and Diploma in Engineering. - Register on the appropriate apprenticeship portal based on the post applied for
- Trade Apprentice posts: Register on NAPS portal at apprenticeshipindia.gov.in and apply to IOCL Panipat Refinery (Establishment ID: E10150600035)
- Technician Apprentice posts: Register on NATS portal at nats.education.gov.in and apply to IOCL Panipat Refinery (Establishment ID: NHRPPC000003)
- After successful registration and application on NAPS or NATS, fill the mandatory IOCL Google Application Form using the same email ID and mobile number
- Submit only one Google Form response to avoid rejection
- Ensure all eligibility conditions regarding age, qualification, and year of passing are met before submission
- Keep printouts of NAPS/NATS registration and submitted Google Form for document verification
- Complete the entire application process on or before 20 February 2026 (05:00 PM)
