Indira Gandhi University Recruitment 2026 for Teachers on Lecture Basis

Indira Gandhi University (IGU), Meerpur, Rewari has invited eligible candidates to attend a Walk-in Interview for the preparation of a panel of Teachers on Lecture Basis for the Odd Semester of the Academic Session 2026-27. The recruitment covers multiple departments including Biotechnology, Botany, Computer Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Physics, English, Hotel & Tourism Management, Journalism & Mass Communication, Psychology, Social Work, Sanskrit, and Defence Studies. Eligible candidates possessing qualifications as prescribed under UGC and Haryana Government norms can attend the walk-in interview scheduled on 10 and 11 August 2026. Selected candidates will be engaged on a temporary lecture basis depending on departmental workload.

2. Prepare an updated CV/Resume/Bio-data with a recent passport-size photograph.
3. Carry self-attested photocopies of educational qualifications, experience certificates, identity proof, and other relevant documents.
4. Bring all original certificates for verification during the interview.
5. Report to the interview venue at least one hour before the scheduled reporting time.
6. Attend the Walk-in Interview at the Board Room, Sardar Patel Bhawan, Indira Gandhi University, Meerpur, Rewari, on the scheduled date for your department.
7. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
