Vacancy Details

Education

• Must possess a Bachelor of Laws (Professional) degree
• Must be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council
• Should have studied Hindi or Sanskrit up to Matric or higher level

Salary

The pay scale for the Assistant District Attorney post is ₹53,100 to ₹1,67,800 per month as per the applicable pay matrix.

Age Limit

• Maximum age limit: 42 years
• Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD and other categories as per Haryana Government rules

• PwBD candidates of Haryana (with ≥40% disability): NIL
• OSC, DSC, BC-A/BC-B (Non-Creamy Layer), ESM, EWS, Women of Haryana: ₹250
• DESM candidates (UR): ₹1000
• Other General Category candidates: ₹1000
