Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited (HKRN), in collaboration with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), has released a major overseas employment opportunity under a Government-to-Government (G2G) agreement with Israel. The recruitment is for 5000 Home Based Caregiver positions to support Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), including the elderly, across various households in Israel. This opportunity is targeted primarily at female caregivers (90%) and also open to male candidates (10%). Applicants with relevant certifications, diplomas, or nursing qualifications and intermediate-level English skills are invited to apply online via the HKRN portal by 30th November 2025.
