Eligibility Criteria

Education

Resource Person 1:
- Postgraduate in Business Management / Rural Management / Cooperative Management.
- CAIIB preferred.
Resource Person 2:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Technology-savvy; a degree/diploma in technology is desirable.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- Rural financial institutions, NBFC, MFI, Insurance, Sales/Retail, or developmental institutions like SIDBI/NABARD.
- For ex-bank officers, experience in rural banking practices is essential.

Language Requirements

Proficiency in the local language.
Working knowledge of English and Hindi.

Age Limit

Selection Process

Shortlisting based on qualifications and experience.
